Under 30 DOM = full 15 pts. Over 90 DOM = 0 pts. Linear interpolation in between. Measures how quickly you can lease or sell in this submarket.

Formula

Score = 15 × (1 − (DOM − 30) / 60) for 30 < DOM < 90

How Kaison Uses This

Weight: 15% of total BRRRR score (10% for flips).

Example

45 DOM → 15 × (1 − 15/60) = 11.25 pts

Pro Tip

DOM above 60 in a rental market is a yellow flag. Verify with local PM companies.
