Kaison uses AI services (including Anthropic's Claude) to power features such as document analysis and the chat assistant. Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Administrator Access

Platform administrators may access your account data for support and maintenance purposes, including troubleshooting issues, verifying account integrity, and responding to support requests. All administrator access is logged in an immutable audit trail that records the administrator identity, target account, action performed, timestamp, and IP address. This log cannot be modified or deleted.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
• Law enforcement when required by law
