Definition

The deal gate is the final output of Kaison's 8-step underwriting pipeline. It converts a weighted score (0-100) into a clear verdict: GO (≥70, proceed to offer), MARGINAL (50-69, review risks carefully), or NO_GO (<50, walk away). Hard constraints can override the score — even a 95 becomes NO_GO if cost basis exceeds ARV.
