Linear scale: at your minimum CoC = 12.5 pts. At 2× minimum = 25 pts (max). This measures how efficiently your trapped capital generates returns.

Score = min(25, (CoC / min_coc_return) × 12.5)

Weight: 25% of total BRRRR score. Set your minimum via min_coc_return input.
Example
16% CoC / 8% minimum = 2.0 ratio × 12.5 = 25 pts (max)
Pro Tip
If you fully recycled capital (CoC infinite), this maxes out.
